Weekend Bell & Branch Welding Workshop (Group)

(8 AM – 4 PM each day, with 1-hour lunch break)
💥 Course Overview:
This two-day, hands-on intensive is built for serious welders who want to sharpen their rig-level skills. You’ll train side by side with the Weld Professor in a small group setting, focusing on two of the most critical techniques in pipeline welding: bell hole and branch connection welding. Expect to work hard, get dirty, and walk away with advanced, field-ready skills — and real confidence!
🧠 What You’ll Learn:
- Bell hole prep, layout, fit-up, and welding
- Branch connection layout, tacking, and welding sequence
- Safety and industrial terms
- Heat control, distortion management, and weld integrity
- Tips for passing certification tests and onsite inspections

- All pipe, rods, grinders, discs, wire wheels
- Access to engine drive welders and all equipment
- Loaner welding hood available if needed (bring your own if you have one)
- Small class size (3–5 students max) for maximum torch time and feedback
- Two full days of expert-led training

$1,750 per student

- Full payment is required to reserve your seat
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start date
- Certification prep is included, but the certification exam is separate and requires an LLC, insurance, and ~$3,000 in testing fees
- Students must bring fire-resistant clothing, steel-toe boots, gloves, and a hood (loaners available by request)
- All students must sign a safety/liability waiver before starting
